4M Building Solutions is seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on day-to-day maintenance of commercial properties, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all building systems.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (tech cert preferred) and experience in property maintenance. Pay ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for growth and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Experience in commercial property maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems and general maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Successful Background and Drug Test Results

Responsabilités

• Maintenance operations of commercial properties and ensuring systems function efficiently and safely.
• Respond to tenant requests for lights, doors, appliances, etc.
• Police garage, parking garage stairwells, loading docks and surrounding grounds for safety.
• Ensure electrical rooms and storage areas are secure and hazards are removed.
• Assist with grounds maintenance, minor plumbing, and power washing as needed.
