No apartment maintenance experience? We'll help you grow as you learn general repairs, painting, cleaning, and seasonal tasks while delivering excellent service to residents.

• Complete maintenance work orders and apartment repairs.

Principal Objective of Position

The MT3 maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites. The MT3 works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. #ZR

What You'll Do

What We Offer

• Hours: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays off.
• Compensation: $15 to $17 hourly
