Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial work.
• Basic maintenance knowledge and tool handling.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Post notices and support community communications as needed.
• Keep work areas and maintenance shops organized and clean.
• Assist with pool cleaning and surrounding areas as needed.
