Job summary

BH Management is looking for a Porter to maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas. Responsibilities include maintaining trash chutes, landscaping, and pool areas, and assisting with cleanliness of work areas.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of grounds maintenance and experience with basic janitorial tasks. The schedule includes Monday to Friday with some overtime and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, and/general maintenance/janitorial experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas, including trash chute and landscaping.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Help clean and maintain the pool area.
• Post community notices as needed.
