Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist to maintain the grounds, common areas, and amenities. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general repairs and upkeep across the property and facilities.

Responsibilities include daily property walks, litter removal, pool level checks, and facility cleaning. Ideal candidates have 1+ year general labor experience and a valid High school diploma, with CPO preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general labor experience preferred; multifamily experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and cleaning equipment effectively.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily, remove litter and debris from all areas.
• Remove trash/recyclables and maintain office trash areas.
• Check pool levels daily and vacuum pools weekly.
• Perform general labor to clean and maintain facilities.
• Inspect grills and ensure safety via timers and knobs.
