Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist for the Luminiest Prosper property in Prosper, TX. You will maintain grounds, common areas and amenities, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general repairs.

The role requires physical work, litter removal, trash handling, pool maintenance and grill upkeep. The ideal candidate has at least one year of general labor experience, a HS diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CPO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• One+ years of general labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily, remove litter and debris from all areas.
• Empty trash and manage recycling per schedule.
• Check and log pool levels; vacuum pools weekly.
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
