Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist to maintain the property's grounds, common areas and amenities. This role also supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager by performing general maintenance and repairs for the assigned property.

Candidates should have at least one year of general labor experience, a high school diploma (preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CPO certification is preferred. The position offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One or more years of general labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and cleaning supplies.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work over 40 hours per week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter and debris.
• Remove trash and recyclables in the office per schedule.
• Check and log pool levels daily; vacuum pools weekly.
• Clean and assist with upkeep of facilities with general labor.
• Inspect grills, timers and knobs to ensure safety.
