Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical community remains well-maintained, with attention to grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. The role supports the service team and requires flexibility with daytime hours.

Responsibilities include performing make-ready tasks, basic repairs, safety compliance, and responsive communication with residents and supervisors. Valid driver’s license is required for golf cart operations on-property.

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and cleans storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Provides customer service to residents and responds to maintenance complaints.
• Follows safety policies and completes required training and documentation.
