Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community clean and well-maintained, ensuring curb appeal and safe common areas. You will support the service team, perform routine tasks, and assist with the turn process for vacant units.

The role requires ability to work outdoors in all weather, follow safety requirements, and lift up to 25 pounds (50 with help). A valid driver’s license is needed for golf-cart operation.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills demonstrated and used in daily interactions with residents.
• Ability to recognize hazards and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to maintain grounds and amenities and keep areas clean.
• Assist make-ready process by cleaning vacant apartments and preparing units.
• Perform routine service requests as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Change locks per policy and ensure pool area gates are secure and compliant with codes.
