Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure the physical upkeep of our community, maintaining grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with make-readies, and ensure safety standards are followed.

The role requires a valid driver's license for golf-cart operation on property; occasional after-hours scheduling and travel may be required. Benefits and competitive hourly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Wars safety policies and OSHA guidelines compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for make-ready.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist the turn process.
• Change all locks per policy and ensure pool gates are functional and safe.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance requests.
