Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal are well maintained and safe, while supporting the service team and keeping common areas clean and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and free of litter at all times.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans storage areas.
• Completes minor service requests and assists with the make-ready process.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool area gates operate safely.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns.
