Greystar is seeking a community maintenance team member in Spring, TX. You will maintain grounds and amenities, support the service team, and uphold safety and quality standards across the property.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, assisting with turnover, and ensuring safe, well-kept common areas for residents and guests. A valid driver's license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and climb ladders.

• Inspect the community to keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash and prep vacant apartments before make-ready.
• Complete routine service requests and assist with the make-ready turnover process.
