Job summary

Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real estate platform with a focus on rental housing. This role supports the maintenance team to keep the community in top condition and curb appeal.

You will handle routine upkeep, safety checks, and resident interactions to ensure a positive living environment. Daily responsibilities include cleaning, make-ready tasks, lock and gate safety checks, and timely communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Experience in property maintenance or facilities upkeep preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and cleans storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists with the turn process.
• Changes locks per policy and checks pool gates for safety.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Demonstrates customer service by answering questions and addressing complaints.
• Follows safety policies and completes required training and OSHA-related requirements.
