Greystar seeks a Maintenance Associate to ensure the community’s physical condition, grounds, and curb appeal. You will support the service team, perform make-ready tasks, and maintain safe, clean common areas while following safety policies.

The role requires standing, walking, and handling occasional heavy lifts; a valid driver’s license is required for golf-cart operation on property. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and clean.
• Removes trash and prepares vacants for make-ready.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
