Qualifications

• Successful completion of EMT Basic Course.
• Must obtain EMT license in state of operation within 120 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Current valid driver license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Assess patients' conditions to determine injuries or illnesses.
• Provide basic life support and administer CPR and first aid.
• Stabilize patients at scene and during transport.
• Safely transport patients to hospitals or medical facilities.
• Operate ambulances and other emergency vehicles safely.
• Coordinate with other emergency services and with family or staff.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper stocking.
• Document care provided and patient condition accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with medical protocols.
