Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Stockton, CA to support passengers on scheduled and charter flights. Responsibilities include ground operations, aircraft cleaning, security, and commissary duties as required.

Duties also cover ticket processing, baggage handling, boarding information, seating, and re‑accommodations with vouchers when needed. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are required; visa sponsorship is not available. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; airline experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry‑on size and quantity, and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, procedures, and seating.
• Marshal planes and push back aircraft as needed.
• Handle denied boarding situations and re‑accommodate customers with vouchers when appropriate.
• Assist customers with special needs and manage baggage handling to aircraft and airport areas.
• Operate heavy machinery and maintain safety and security measures per FAA and Allegiant rules.
• Ensure Allegiant Air and airport regulations are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.
