The position requires at least 1 year in customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided for all team members.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, assign seats and provide boarding information.
• Handle denied boarding, re-accommodations, and voucher assistance when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and airport regulations and report incidents as needed.
• Assist customers with special needs and complete required reports.
