Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ops to meet company goals and customer expectations.
• Coach and develop staff careers.
• Correct non-compliant behavior and enforce actions.
• Implement policies and culture into daily routines.
• Manage department activities per policies and procedures.
• Lead a team including supervisors and agents.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Schedule staff including shifts, breaks, overtime, and backups.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
