Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of airline management experience and working knowledge of AOA environment.
• Ability to manage budgets, facilities, and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and adaptability to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Ground Handling Department.
• Coach and develop staff including Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Agents.
• Prepare and review reports; monitor performance against goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
