Qualifications

• Proven success as a Team Leader with ability to preplan manpower and equipment.
• Ability to work independently, set and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and support staff.
• Defuse conflicts among team members.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with internal controls processes for accountable items.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet company goals and customer expectations.
• Coach and provide career development to staff.
• Impose corrective action for non-compliant behavior when required.
• Implement corporate culture, policies, and goals into daily routines.
• Manage a team including supervisors and agents.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Schedule staff including assignments, rotations, breaks, overtime, and coverage.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
