Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department in Charleston, WV. You will assist passengers with boarding, monitor boarding systems, and guide aircraft during operations, ensuring safety and efficient service on every flight.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, work outside in all weather conditions, and complete the required training. Prior airline experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete Customer Service Agent training course.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Effective communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred airline experience and front-line customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking flights.
• Operate and monitor the Jetway and boarding systems.
• Load/unload baggage and cargo and drive service vehicles.
• Assist customers with wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Coordinate with team to ensure safety and service quality.
