Candidates must complete the Customer Service Agent training, be able to lift up to 70 pounds, and work outdoors in all weather. The position requires strong teamwork and customer focus; shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Completion of Customer Service Agent training course.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Airline/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Provide wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minor support.
• Work as a team to deliver excellent customer service.
