7 Brew is seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead a drive-thru stand in South Boston, VA. You will own daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and build a high-performance crew dedicated to speed, hospitality, and quality.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and represent the brand in the local community as new stands expand under a fast-growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual environments.

Responsabilités

• Run the stand: own daily operations, sales, and profitability; manage schedule and control costs.
• Build the crew: hire, train, energize a high-output team, and grow leaders.
• Deliver the 7 Brew experience: coach drink quality, accuracy, and personal connections to drive repeat visits.
• Be present: lead from the stand, on headset or at the window, in a fast-paced role.
• Grow the brand locally: represent 7 Brew through local events and community engagement.
