Job summary

7 Brew is seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead a drive-thru stand in South Boston, Virginia. You will own daily operations, sales, and profitability, build and train a strong crew, and uphold the brand promise of fast, welcoming service.

This ground-floor role offers growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding franchise and potential advancement to multi-stand leadership. Availability across dayparts, weekends, and holidays is required, with promotion a plan, not a promise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual.
• High-energy, people-first leadership that sets the pace and culture in person, every shift.
• A track record of hiring, training, retaining, and promoting team members.
• Comfort with early mornings and full availability across dayparts, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong appetite for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Run the stand: own daily operations, sales, and profitability, run the schedule, control costs, and keep the line moving at 7 Brew speed
• Build the crew: hire, train, and energize a young, high-output team, develop shift leads into your bench, and grow that bench into future GMs
• Deliver the 7 Brew experience: coach drink quality, accuracy, and the personal connections that turn first visits into daily habits
• Be present: lead from inside the stand, whether on headset, on bar, or in the window, in an on-your-feet role
• Grow the brand locally: represent 7 Brew in your community through local marketing, events, and the reputation your stand builds one cup at a time
