Job summary

7 Brew is seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead a drive-thru coffee stand on Hampton Boulevard in Norfolk. Youll own stand results, manage schedule and costs, and promote a fast, friendly customer experience that makes guests feel better after every visit.

Youll hire and develop a young, energetic team, drive store performance, and position yourself for multi-stand leadership as the brand expands in Virginia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual.
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with drive-thru or speed-of-service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run daily stand operations, sales and profitability.
• Hire, train and energize a high-output team.
• Coach drink quality and ensure quick, friendly service.
• Lead from within the stand on headset or bar.
• Represent the brand locally through events and marketing.
