7 Brew is seeking a General Manager for a Norfolk, VA drive-thru stand on Hampton Boulevard. You will own the stand’s operations, sales, and profitability, hiring and leading a high-energy crew to deliver fast, friendly service.

This ground-floor role offers rapid growth as the brand expands across Virginia and beyond. Lead from the stand, coach quality and guest experience, and manage local marketing and community presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading teams in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual environments.
• Strong leadership to set pace and culture in- person.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and promote team members.
