7 Brew Yorktown is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume drive-thru stand in Yorktown, VA. You will own daily operations, coach a crew, and deliver fast, friendly service that makes guests feel at home.

With 2+ years leading teams in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual, you’ll recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, control costs, and uphold brand standards. A performance bonus and clear path to multi-stand leadership await.

Responsibilities

• Run the stand: own daily operations, sales, and profitability, run the schedule, control costs, and keep the line moving at 7 Brew speed.
• Build the crew: hire, train, and energize a young, high-output team, develop shift leads into your bench, and grow that bench into future GMs.
• Deliver the 7 Brew experience: coach drink quality, accuracy, and the personal connections that turn first visits into daily habits.
• Be present: lead from inside the stand, whether on headset, on bar, or in the window, in an on-your-feet role.
• Grow the brand locally: represent 7 Brew in your community through local marketing, events, and the reputation your stand builds one cup at a time.
