Job summary

7 Brew is seeking a General Manager in Kill Devil Hills, NC to lead a drive-thru coffee stand. You’ll own operations, profitability, and guest experience while building a high-energy crew and promoting brand values in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, ensuring service speed and quality across all shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear paths to multi-stand growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in QSR, coffee, or fast casual.
• Experience with drive-thru or fast-service environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run the stand: oversee daily operations, sales and profitability, schedule, costs and line speed.
• Build the crew: hire, train and energize a high-output team.
• Deliver the 7 Brew experience: ensure drink quality and personal connections.
• Lead from inside: be on headset, on bar, or in the window.
• Grow the brand locally through events and local marketing.
