Job summary

marcjaxllc is seeking a General Manager to lead a 7 Brew drive-thru stand in South Boston, Virginia. You’ll own daily operations, drive sales, manage the team, and uphold the brand promise of hospitality and speed. The role offers rapid advancement as the franchise expands within the region.

You’ll be responsible for staffing, training, and maintaining top-level guest experience, while representing 7 Brew in the local market and events. Early mornings and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual environments.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and promote team members.
• Drive-thru/speed-of-service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and brand ambassador mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stand operations, schedule, and profitability.
• Hire and train staff; develop shift leads.
• Ensure drink quality and order accuracy.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement.
• Represent the brand in community events and at the stand.
