CarGuys Inc. is launching a brand-new automotive aftermarket center in North Las Vegas. As a Sales Associate, you will build and lead the sales operation from day one, driving growth across window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, detailing, car audio and more.

We’re seeking a high-energy, self-starting professional with 3+ years of sales success. You’ll hit targets, develop a repeatable sales process, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and enjoy uncapped commission along

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success in automotive aftermarket or related retail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge and actively sell to walk-in and phone customers.
• Hit and exceed sales targets across services and products.
• Establish a repeatable, high-close-rate sales process.
