Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is opening a brand-new automotive aftermarket center in North Las Vegas. We’re seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to build and lead the sales operation from day one, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will sell window tint, PPF, ceramic coatings, car audio and more, consistently meeting sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a ground-floor opportunity with growth into leadership roles and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success in related environments.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy yet works well in a small team.
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Documented history of meeting aggressive revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert-level knowledge of products and services and actively sell to walk-in and phone customers.
• Hit and exceed sales targets across installation services and retail/12V products.
• Establish and follow a repeatable, high-close-rate sales process for strong customer experience and large tickets.
• Track and improve metrics such as revenue, closing percentage, and customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and generate 5-star reviews and referrals.
• Keep showroom and facility clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
