Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas helpful.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and teach suggestive selling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in daily store operations.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve service and sales.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs.
