You will engage team members, identify talent, coach performance, and oversee area operations and the P&L while driving customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsabilités

• Engages with team members to onboard, train, and develop.
• Identify talent and plan career discussions for staffing pipelines.
• Ensure Meijer standards and growth opportunities.
• Oversee area operations and financial results; manage budget items in the P&L.
• Drive safety and store compliance and maintain conditions.
• Lead Team Leaders and Leads in daily tasks and training.
