Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional to plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day operations across departments. You will mentor staff, drive sales with strong customer service, and ensure staffing needs are met.

Responsible for career development, disciplinary actions, and promotions as part of a results-driven team. You will manage P&L, control shrink, and uphold Meijer standards while training teammates to deliver exceptional service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational store assignments in meat, bakery, produce and deli.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical data.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Commitment to safety and training certifications completed.

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
