Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, drive sales and maintain shrink targets.

• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to company standards.
• Promote Meijer Friendly Initiative in team meetings and daily interactions.
• Coordinate training and ensure required certifications are completed.
