Qualifications

• Ability to resolve conflict and address root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day operations within various departments of the store.
• Mentors and coaches team members for performance and career growth.
• Implements strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales.
• Maintains store appearance, product presentation and company standards.
• Ensure staffing and hiring to meet needs; participate in promotion decisions.
