Sprouts Farmers Market in New Braunfels, TX is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help customers make healthy choices by delivering outstanding service while leading one of the store's busiest teams.

You will support the Grocery Manager in merchandising for productivity and profit, oversee ordering and inventory, hire and train staff, and ensure safety standards. This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Familiarity with natural foods and alternative diets preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist Grocery Manager in merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality product and service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
• Unload and sort through store deliveries.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
