• Support department scheduling to focus on engagement, service, and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness and proper rotation dating policies.
• Guide team on food safety standards and safe operations.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product displays.
• Create an environment aligned with Meijer culture, diversity and inclusion.
• Operate a register and handle cash when needed.
• Operate powered equipment where applicable.
• Participate in period end inventories to help achieve goals.
• May act as Lead in other departments as required.
