Responsibilities

• Engage peers to deliver the best possible shopping experience and exceptional checkout.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily work tasks.
• Mentor and coach teammates to exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Support training of new team members and cross-training for high-potential talent.
• Assist with department scheduling to improve engagement and store profitability.
• Ensure product freshness through rotation and dating policy compliance.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and product display when applicable.
