Meijer Inc. is seeking a store operations leader to plan, direct, and supervise the day-to-day activities across multiple departments. You will mentor and coach team members, drive staffing decisions, and promote a safe, high-service shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts at the team level.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise day-to-day store operations across departments.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet service and sales goals.
• Staffing, hiring, and succession planning to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain store standards, product presentation and friendly customer service.
• Manage P&L and monitor shrink while focusing on safety and efficiency.
• Lead by example in Meijer Friendly Initiative and training compliance.
