Sprouts Farmers Market in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to support the Grocery Manager in leading one of our busiest store teams. You will help ensure great customer service, manage inventory, and drive department profitability.

You will hire, train, and develop team members, coordinate ordering and merchandising, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth within a thriving natural foods retailer.

Competenze

• 1–3 years retail management experience; familiarity with natural foods preferred.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented with leadership ability.

Mansioni

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Coordinate ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Lead merchandising and sales through planning, direction, goal setting, and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
