Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Manager in Charlotte to oversee the sales and operations of multiple departments, including Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine. You will lead a team, manage schedules, control labor costs, and ensure product freshness and compliance.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, collaborate with the Store Manager on promotions, and drive exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• At least 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in a multi-department operation within retail or service industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude and customer focus.
• Ability to analyze data such as margins, sales numbers and financial goals to drive performance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee sales and operations of multiple departments (Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, Beer/Wine).
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs to maximize productivity.
• Ensure product handling, freshness, rotation, and date controls.
• Oversee receiving, deliveries, and inventory accuracy; report shortages and variances.
• Provide coaching and development discussions; participate in performance reviews and merit decisions.
• Lead store meetings and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and staffing decisions.
