Responsibilities

• Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Support training of new teammates and cross-training of high-potential talent.
• Assist with department scheduling to improve engagement and store performance.
• Ensure product freshness by rotation and dating policies.
• Guide food safety compliance and safe work practices.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and display where applicable.
