Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Nashua, NH seeks a Stock Crew Supervisor to assist with scheduling, supervision and daily department flow. You will oversee displays, support team leaders, and ensure friendly, efficient service while adhering to health, safety and SOP standards.

The role requires guiding a high-performance team, training, inventory control, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs.
• Work with leadership to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Respond to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assist in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the scheduled shift.
• Assist in training as delegated by Team Leader and Associate Team Leader using training materials.
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment with high morale.
• Complete inventory management processes, spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
