Job summary

• Assists in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the scheduled shift.
• Assists in training using learning checklists and materials.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Sets and maintains a high standard of retail execution.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and supports a positive team environment.
