Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 2+ years related experience.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive for Company business where applicable.
• Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications required.
• AML certification beneficial; other certifications listed in job spec.
• Motor equipment operation training as applicable (Pallet jack, forklift, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Reviewing historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory.
• Monitor profit, loss, sales, shrink and labor data; report to upper management.
• Maintain product quality and display as per company standards and safety practices.
• Open/close the store; ensure adequate staff and safe operations; handle cash assets.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions and complaints.
• Ensure safe, clean, and sanitary working/shopping environment.
