Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED; two or more years of related experience or equivalent education required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required where applicable (as needed).
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance and disciplining partners.
• Managing inventory, reviewing sales and labor data, and reporting to upper management.
• Maintaining product levels, quality control, displays, and adherence to safety standards.
• Leading a team to deliver strong customer service and sales growth.
• Ensuring store safety, scheduling staff for peak times, and handling administrative tasks.
