Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive for company business.
• Two or more years of related experience or equivalent.
• Certifications: TABC/LACT/AATC, Food Handler, Fuel Operator C, Manager Food Safety.
• AML and HIPAA certifications are required for compliance.
• Reliable and able to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work.
• Review sales data, manage inventory, and report P&L/labor issues.
• Monitor truck inventory and ordering paperwork for accuracy.
• Open/close the store following proper procedures.
• Ensure food safety and labeling compliance; maintain quality control.
• Prepare deposits, balance tills, and adhere to tender policies.
• Identify process improvements and communicate with leadership.
• Verify pricing with operations support and scanners.
• Maintain clean, safe store and positive customer service.
