Job summary

Jimbo’s in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a hands-on store operations leader to support the Store Manager and oversee departments when needed. This full-time position requires supervising staff, enforcing policies, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-moving grocery environment.

• Open/close responsibilities for each department; assist in daily operations.
• Supervise daily store activities and address unusual situations.
• Model exemplary customer service and guide staff accordingly.
• Respond promptly to customer assistance requests from various departments.
