Qualifications

• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Prior successful cashier experience with strong knowledge of Front End operations.
• Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach, motivate, supervise, delegate, and address performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Cashier and Customer Service Clerk duties and supervises Front End staff.
• Assist customers within Customer Service Standards and ensure staff do the same.
• Own Front End operations in the absence of Front End management.
• Assist with HR functions: training, documentation, and evaluations.
• Supervise staff, maintain productivity, and address performance concerns.
